Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellations
Once an order is placed and paid, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.
Repairs
Since each case is unique, we’ll review your request first.

Important: If an order is missing an item, the customer must provide an unboxing video as proof as we quality check each bags before ship.
- If the item arrives damaged, we will cover the shipping both ways.
- For repairs on used items, shipping is covered by the customer.
Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with exchanges if the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition (including packaging).
- Returned within three (3) days of delivery.
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
- Wrong item shipped (wrong style, color, or size).
- Damaged item upon arrival.
Reasons Not Accepted:
- Sale items (final sale, non-returnable).
Exchange Process
Step 1: DM us on Instagram at @meraki.essentialsph with the following details:
- Name
- Order Number
- Item
- Reason for Exchange
- Item to exchange to
Important: If an order is missing an item, the customer must provide an unboxing video as proof.
Step 2: We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide a return & exchange form. Once approved, we’ll send the delivery details via email.
Step 3: Ship the item back within 3 days and provide proof of pick-up in the same email/DM thread. Please include the following details on a piece of paper taped to the plastic (do not tape directly on the box):
- Name
- Order Number
- Item
- Reason for Exchange
- Item to exchange to
Shipping Costs
Meraki Essentials will cover shipping costs if:
- The wrong item was shipped (wrong style, color, or size).
- The item arrived damaged.
- A repair is required for a damaged item upon arrival.
The customer will cover shipping costs if:
- A repair is required after significant use (subject to review).
